Ny omröstning och header
Jag har ju bytt header igen som ni ser, det är för att prova mig fram till en jag tycker om. Det bildprogram som jag använder och som är gratis på nätet lägger ned idag så jag har gjort ca 50 st olika header-bilder med samma foton som grund för att kunna välja/ändra design i framtiden. (Jag har inget annat bra program att redigera bilder i på datorn). Detta innebär att samma personer kommer finnas med i headern en lång tid framöver och jag kommer inte kunna ändra efter önskemål. Vi får helt enkelt nöja oss med den blandningen av nya och gamla ansikten som nu är med. Det är två nya personer med i jämförelse med den förra bilden, Victoria och Donna.
Så nu byter jag omröstning.

Are TV4 likely to show any of the the football or olympics in the summer? My guess is the "rain" will be similar to however it was 4 years ago!
By the way, I love the fact that you refer to holidays as rain and snow!

Jag gillar den nya headen mycket men ta gärna bort Steph hon var så konstig. Jag saknar Jack han var en legend i serien ju. Rodney är inte heller med.

The characters are listed in order based on last appearance. Where characters have come and gone more than once their duration has been simplified. The years are from UK transmission.
The code refers to their position in the header. e.g. Alan Turner would be E7.
*E1 Kim Tate 1989 – 1999*
Legendary superbitch, who watched her husband Frank, owner of Home Farm die.
*B2 Butch Dingle 1994 – 2000*
Zak’s son. Married Emily on his deathbed following a bus crash
A4 Mandy Dingle 1995 - 2000, 2001
Married Paddy. Left after an affair. Came back to try and win him back, but he was seeing Emily.
*C1 Jason Kirk 1999 – 2002*
Cousin of Paddy. Went into business with Lisa – as still seen on the side of the Dingle van!
*E10 Chris Tate 1989 – 2003*
Son of Frank. Wheelchair-bound since the plane crash. Got a brain tumour. Poisoned himself, framing wife Charity for his murder because she had an affair with Cain.
*D5 Tricia Dingle 1998 – 2004*
Daughter of Steph. Married Marlon. Died when the Woolpack chimney fell on her in a storm.
A6 Bernice Thomas 1998 - 2002, 2004
Daughter of Diane. Mother of Gabby. Returned for Tricia’s funeral.
*B1 Seth Armstrong 1978 – 2004*
Lived with childhood sweetheart Betty. In the show until the actor died.
*C2 Zoe Tate 1989 – 2005*
Daughter of Frank. Owned the vets surgery. Burned the church before being diagnosed with schizophrenia. When the King’s bought Home Farm she blew it up before leavng.
B9 Biff Fowler 1994 - 1999, 2005
Lived with Seth and Betty for a while. Had an affair with an aristocrat. Returned for Seth’s funeral.
*A1 Steph Forsythe 2002 – 2006*
Crazy daughter of Alan. Pushed Alans girlfriend off a boat. Later ‘confessed’ to helping murder her brother (her husband did it alone) and is now in prison.
*D10 Tom King 2004 – 2006*
Father of Jimmy and Carl. Pushed out of his bedroom window by Carl hours after his Christmas day wedding.
*A2 Scott Windsor 1993 - 1996, 1998 – 2007*
Son of Viv and Reg Dawson. Left when the actor was suspected of rape, although he was later cleared.
*B7 Kelly Windsor 1993 - 2000, 2005 – 2007*
Daughter of Vic Windsor. Left for the second time on her wedding day to Jimmy when he discovered she’d aborted their baby.
*C7 Jack Sugden 1972 - 1976, 1980 – 2008*
Original character, recast in 1980. Father of Victoria and adopted Andy.Left when the actor became ill and subsequently died.
*C9 Louise Appleton 2001 – 2008*
Became landlady of the Woolpack and later the B&B. Actress returned to Australia when her mother became ill.
*E2 Matthew King 2004 – 2008*
Brother of Carl and Jimmy. Died on wedding day- crashed van when trying to run Carl over!
*B4 Donna Windsor-Dingle 1993 – 2009*
Daughter of Vic and Viv Windsor. Married Marlon. Had affair with a fellow policeman and left.
D9 Robert Sugden 1986 - 2005, 2009
Son of Jack. Returned for his funeral
D7 Annie Sugden 1972 - 1996, 2009
Original “Emmerdale Farm” character, mother of Jack. Lives in Spain. Returned for Jack’s funeral.
C6 Jasmine Thomas 2005- 2009
Neice of Ashley. Had on-off affair with Debbie. Killied her corrupt policeman boyfriend when he tried to rape her. Tried to escape justice but turned up at Debbie’s trial and confessed. Actress now starring in Titanic and soon to appear in hugely successful series Doctor Who!
16 of these characters (all except Butch, Mandy, Jason, Matthew and Jasmine) and all the other named characters above except for Carl, can be seen on “The Best of Emmerdale DVD” – which includes the final episodes of both Kim and Zoe Tate (double length episode) as well as the plane crash (2 episodes), the bus crash, the church fire and the storm (double episode).

That trick for adding bold is a bit inconsistent! Oh well!
I forgot to say that Bernice is Rodneys daughter!
In hidsight I'd have been better refering to Tricia as Alans grandaughter, then Steph as Tricia's mother. (If you didn't know Steph, reading that Steph is Tricia's mother wasn't much help at that moment.)
I also missed out "owner of" when referring to Louise and the B&B.
Also forgot to mention that Chris Tate is Noah's father!
