Så nu är jag tillbaka igen.

Anna och Katie var verkligen sura på Matthew som inte kunde styra Carl till att säga ja till stuteriverksamheten. Han fick många pikar om att det är lillebror som bestämmer. Jimmy och Matthew pikade i sin tur Carl som sa nej av principskäl utan att veta vad det innebar. Detta gjorde att Carl satte sig in i stuteriverksamheten och de skrev på kontraktet med Tim Brice till Annas och Katies förvåning.
Brenda var magsjuk och tillbringade mycket tid på toaletten. Det gjorde att Eric fick rycka in och hjälpa Terry i cafét. Sedan när Brenda kom tillbaka kände hon sig lite generad eftersom Gennie sagt som det var.
Doug kom och bad om ursäkt, för att han är så klumpig,med en blomma och bjöd henne på lunch i Harrogate och Brenda tackade ja.
Sedan fick Eric tillfälle att rycka in bakom disken på puben och han såg glad ut, som ett barn på julafton. Han hade längtat efter att få "porta" folk från puben.
Bob kom tillbaka och var något stressad. Han berättade om alla vackra damer som varit med på turnén och om hur lättklädda de var men att han bara tänkt på sin Vivianne och allt här hemma. När han sedan såg förändringarna Brenda gjort i cafét höll han på att få ett utbrott. Han var så uppjagad och stressad att han inte orkade lyssna på andra förrän han råkade höra om Louises och Jamies bröllopsplaner. Då blev han arg eftersom han ville att de skulle vänta i 3 år tills Viv blir släppt ur fängelset.
Lou och Jamie tänkte gå med på det tills Val påpeka att livet förändras snabbt och man måste ta tillvara på alla tillfällen. Då gick Bob med på att de fullföljde sina bröllopsplaner.
Däremot vill han inte jobba kvar på puben och det gjorde Val lite sur.
Men var är tvillingarna?
Andy försökte få Jo att göra ett gravtest men hon kunde ju inte. När han fick veta det så trodde han att det berodde på att hon förlorat barnet men Jo kunde först inte svara på det. Sedan erkände hon att hon inte var gravid och Andy fick ett utbrott och välte hela köksbordet. Då fick Jo nog och erkände allt, att hon inte varit gravid utan sagt det för att han inte skulle slå henne.
Då plötsligt ser det ut som om Andy förstår henne och att han faktiskt ångrar sig. Han är rädd för hur han varit och medger att han måste söka hjälp. Först måste de reda ut vårdnadstvisten med Debbie för det är hennes fel att han blivit så här. Då märker Jo att han åter igen är sådär arg och allt är som tidigare.
Sen upptäcker han att hon tänkte sticka och redan packat väskan och då blir det liv i luckan igen.
Han säger att hon är för feg för att sticka och att ingen tycker om henne, att hon älskar Sarah så mycket att hon inte kan lämna henne. Jo tar väskan och ska sticka men Andy hinner upp henne på gårdsplanen och tömmer hennes handväska, stampar på hennes mobil och tar pengarna hon fått av Debbie.
Han jagar in henne i ladan och där lyckas hon gömma sig i ett förråd. Andy väntar ut henne även om han vet att Sarah måste hämtas på dagis. Det slutar med att han letar i förrådet där Jo befinner sig och hon passar på att försöka smita. Tyvärr så märker Andy det och kommer precis i hennes väg så hon knuffar till honom. Han trampar snett och faller, olyckligtvis på någon form av lie som hänger på väggen och han blir spetsad i sidan av kroppen. Jo blir chockad och försöker att hjälpa honom men när han får ont så klappar han till henne så hon faller. Då bestämmer hon sig för att lämna honom där, han kan lika gärna dö.
Diane jobbar på puben och får ta emot Sarah eftersom ingen hämtat henne. Daz är där och blir orolig så han åker till gården för att kolla vad som hänt. Han hittar Andy som sitter fast på knivbladet och han ringer Diane som kommer dit. Jo som först varit på väg att sticka blir rädd och kommer tillbaka för att se vad som händer med Andy. Daz blir förbannad eftersom hon inte ringt någon ambulans.
Andy kommer tillsjukhuset och opereras. Allt går bra och han får snart träffa familjen igen.
Tyvärr är han sig lik, han hotar Jo att berätta allt om hon lämnar honom. Om han säger att hon försökt att döda honom och att hon inte varit gravid så kommer alla tro att hon varit helt galen.
Jo blir rädd när han hotar henne och klämmer åt hennes hand så hon inte kommer loss. Hon tappar humöret och börjar skrika åt honom att hon hoppas att han dör. Just då kommer Diane, Daz och Victoria in och "räddar" Andy, de kör iväg Jo och givetvis lyssnar de på Andys historia....
Äntligen börjar sanningen komma fram om Andys misshandel av Jo. Men ska någon tro henne? Just nu verkar ingen göra det, utom möjligen Victoria. Daz håller förstås på sin bror, men kanske kan Diane och Jo prata ut - och så finns det ju Debbie som kan berätta en del också. Hoppas att allt reder upp sig redan i morgon så att de inte drar ut på det. Trodde nästan att Andy skulle få henne att ångra sig igen ett tag, men efter det här är det nog definitivt kört för Andy.
Lite roligt att se Pollard bakom disken både på kafeet och puben i dag ...

Stackars jo....men jag hoppas att dom andra verkligen kommer att lyssna på henne att dom verkligen fattar att det är Andy som e the bad guy i allt å att Jo är offret.

Vad kul att hitta din blogg! Är själv ett stort fan av HTG och har fäljt denfrån och till sedan den komtill Sverige. Just nu är jag riktigt upprörd ochhar dragits med i spänningen krign Jo och Andy. Mycket för att jag har hjälpt slagna kvinor och vet vilket helvete de lever under. Jag hoppashoppas verkligen att manusförfattarna ger den här historien ett gott slut. Nyfikne somjag är så håller jag på och läser omframtiden. Men det ska jag ju inte avsljöa för någon annan... Men tack för en bra blogg!

Det finns en flik uppe som handlar om htg i engelsk tv idag om du vill diskutera framtiden där, så du vet.
I dag drog programmet över igen med 5 min, så jag missade de sista 2 min. Tur att TV4 Play finns! Varför kan inte Fyran eller Malou och hennes gäster hålla tiderna?
Jag höll på att bli galen idag, jag fattar inte att inte ambulanspersonalen inte såg att Jo var i chocktillstånd och själv behövde få hjälp och inte bara Andy. Sen hoppas jag verkligen att Diane, Victoria och Daz inte går på vad Andy säger, ja Daz tror väl på Andy, men de andra två. Tur att jag alltid tar 10 min extra på videoinspelningen. Nu ser jag fram emot i morgon och jag hoppas att de kommer att tro på Jo.
Jag lägger också till extra tid när jag proggar dvd:n. Gårdagens program missade jag lite på så jag spelade in repisen som gick tidigt imorse. Den var bara 45 minuter lång...

Det ordnar sig förhoppningsvis i slutänden, det brukar det göra. Andy får nog vad han förtjänar, men usch vad hemskt för Jo om hon inte blir trodd!
I have e-mailed your admin, Marie asking if she minds setting up a dedicated blog entry regarding the help I have referred to that I need - if only so that more people see it as some may not return to comments sections once they've looked once and would miss my comments. It also gives me the chance to go into more detail about what help I'd like and why and how it will be used. In the meantime, with last Thursdays episodes expiring tomorrow, a slightly briefer version is below - though even now the length is preventing me from submitting it, so I am sending in two parts! For some of the arguably more obscure requests I have kept the explanations intact, in the hope I don't seem so crazy! :)
So these are the things I would like help with if possible please - the more volunteers the easier it will be for everyone.
Cast lists
The most important help I think anyone can give me is with the cast lists. For the majority of episodes, I only need the cast list that I already have to be confirmed, as occasionally my source material is wrong, or the credits themselves are wrong. On rare occasions however my source data differs from that listed at the end of the episode. I would appreciate it also if people could keep an eye out for appearances by the children, and also other noteworthy uncredited appearances.
The cast lists are in order of appearance – usually. I also routinely check the episodes to make sure the cast appear in the order in which they are listed. If they don’t then I put numbers by them to indicate the correct order. Doing it as I do - taking into consideration how the camera moves across the scene - I suppose can be quite a pedantic task (I prefer to think of it as being thorough and accurate), but sometimes they get it quite wrong, omitting their first scene altogether for example. All uncredited characters can be added at the end of the list and do not need a number to indicate appearance order. However if a regular cast member is omitted, they SHOULD have a number by them to show where they should have been placed. If anyone checks the cast order of an episode, please say so.
I don't have ANY credits info for most doubles - including the one that started on Friday so that is doubly important. Please remember some of the characters at the end of the cast list may not have appeared in the episode shown on Friday. Even in the UK a double counts as two separate episodes. This will be trickier for Monday's half of the double but because the cast is listed in order it will be much easier for Fridays half.
Pictures
I don't need pictures form stories that appear in the itv scene-byscenes (I'll post links to these) but I would appreciate a few pictures from other storylines within the episodes -about six or seven would be a good number, though I usually do more! I also need pictures of one-off characters such as the radio presenter in Thursdays second episode. Even if he is not seen, I would again appreciate a close-up of the radio. The idea being that an entry will be made on the website for every character to appear in the show, with an accompanying picture.
I also like to take pictures of buildings (interior and exterior) if there is no-one in shot. These would come in useful for pages about the buildings. I also take pictures of special locations (such as the comedy club venue and hotel), whether there are people in shot or not! I also take pictures of photographs, letters, webpages, text messages, passports, Hotten Courier pages etc etc that that are shown in close up. Pictures of business logos, even in long shot, would be useful for pages about that business.
I also take what I call the ‘a-f’ pictures, which would fill in the white space to the right of the cast list. The most important of these is the ‘f’ picture – the final frame of the episode. The ‘d’ and ‘e’ pictures are the captions at the end of part one/start of part two. Do you always get these on the broadcast version, by the way? I know they are sometimes missing from the version on TV4play. The ‘b’ and ‘c’ pictures I take from when the writer and director credits appear. They sometimes come from different sides of the screen, or the middle, and occasionally appear in a different font. I was originally inspired to do this from a 2009 episode where the timing and location of the appearance on the screen of one of the credits perfectly placed the credit inside a red box that was on the screen when it appeared. I realised that some thought went into the appearance of these credits and so started capturing them. Finally, the ‘a’ picture includes the “Emmerdale” caption. This may seem a waste of time when every episode starts with the car pulling out of the village. However actually before too long there will be a bit of variety on your screens. The early double-episodes of the year you will have noticed also had episode titles. I used these for the ‘a’ picture at that time. I do it for every episode basically for the sake of consistency. If the camera and items in shot don’t move much from the start of the episode until the writer credit, I usually take the ‘a’ picture early so you can just make out the scene that is fading in. If the opening shot is different to when the writer credit appears, then I take it so that you can just make out the car and the “Emmerdale” caption fading away.
Other things
Returning to the writer/director credits – firstly I need these confirming (same situation as cast lists – not there for doubles and occasionally wrong for others (as I think Thursdays first episode is)). Obviously if I get the ‘b’ and ‘c’ pictures I have this info anyway. I also like the timings of these credits, too. Obviously sometimes they appear almost straight away, and one after the other. Other times the episode can have been on over a minute before the writer credit appears, and sometimes there is quite a gap before the director credit appears. While this information might be of little interest in isolation, compiled into a table it can be interesting to see how much it differs. Sometimes -especially because they fade up - it is hard to decide if the credit appears at e.g. 27 seconds or 28 seconds. After careful consideration, I usually find that the earlier of the two seems more correct, but go with your gut instinct. It doesn't have to be exact! I also like to know the timings of the two episode half's. Especially now they don’t seem to actually be showing adverts so often in the middle now, I find the easiest way is to press ‘Print Screen’, stick it in paint box (how all pictures are taken, if you didn’t know) and then type the two times up when the episode is finished. Finally, I also note down the crew credits. Partly so that I can double check for mistakes later, I’ve got into the habit of doing this in the form of yet more use of 'print screen' for the time being as well. I don’t have crew credits for ANY episodes in my source data so I do this routinely with every episode. I found taking pictures was often quicker anyway. I will though work on a way of speeding this system up without the need for pictures - it'd probably be easiest to be able to e-mail an excel document to people
Unfortunately, my source for most of my data - which initially had episode synopsis - began to get less detailed began to get less detailed from Spring 2008. Because I was also having many technical glitches with tv4play, I began resorting to filming the episodes on my mobile so that I could type things up in my own time. While again, I can’t really expect anyone to go to that much trouble (though of course I’d appreciate it a GREAT deal, especially now I can no longer watch), nonetheless, without someone doing this or taking the trouble to make their own notes, even if I had pictures of all the one-off characters that appear, I’d have nothing to say about the characters’ role within the show. If anyone can spare 45 - 50 minutes five times a week pointing their mobile at the screen, or someone can provide write-ups (those here will help as well of course in terms of plot) – well it’s a big thing to ask but it would help SO much. Even just recording scenes such as those with last Thursdays radio presenter would be better than nothing. I currently have mobile recordings of all episodes from around April 08, as well as the double episodes stretching back until October 2007 which I’d be happy to exchange.
Even if no detailed character/episode write-ups become possible, the pictures are still worthwhile. There are probably people out there with recordings of the episodes who can do the write-ups at a later date. The pictures though are better being done while a broadcast quality version is available on the internet. It would also be good if people set the video up so that the tv4play logo does not cover the picture. People may not have the cast/crew lists on their personal recordings either, which makes these important too (especially the cast lists).
That is all!! I appreciate it is a lot of work - I struggled myself sometimes to get it all done. As I said before though, the more volunteers there are, the easier the job becomes! The most important thing is to get the cast lists complete and accurate. Having them complete from October 2007 is so much better than from July 2009! Please help in any way you can. Underbar blogg.Nu var det ett tag sedan jag såg HTG.Dem senaste avsnitten jag såg var när en kvinna hade sin pappa inlåst på vinden(minns inte vad hon hette) för att snuva honom på alla hans pengar.Kanske du vet vad hon heter?Jag har sett HTG sporadisk genom åren men när jag var liten så visades den varje kväll på Tv2(18:00)mamma och jag såg varje kväll på Mr.Wilkes och dem andra.
